The Rental Process
Start by filling out the estimate request questionnaire form with all event and contact information from stcroixeventrentals.com or calling us at (715) 222-7174. An itemized quote that meets your needs will be emailed within 2-3 business days. If you would like to reserve the tent package that was quoted, please notify St. Croix Event Rentals as soon as possible. A Representative will send over the rental contract via email and will collect 50% of the total rental package dollar amount as a down payment. Once the down payment is received and rental contract signed, your tent will be reserved. The remaining balance will be collected no later than one week prior to your event. A St. Croix Event Rentals Field Technician will set up your tent at an agreed upon time and date.
Safety Statement: Tents are not made to be used as shelter in severe weather. In the event of a storm, tents must be evacuated.
